The Nebraska County Attorneys Association Spring Conference will be held May 7-9, 2025, at the Younes Conference Center South, 707 Talmadge St, Kearney, NE 68845.

Several exhibit and sponsorship opportunities are available and described below.  If you have something else in mind to support our conference and promote your company or service, please let me know. Each sponsorship brings unique ways to recognize and celebrate your company’s support.  All sponsors will be promoted throughout the conference if committed before Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Exhibit Booths are a popular feature during the conference and are well attended by the participants.  Single booths include one skirted exhibit table with electricity access and two chairs. Double booths include two skirted exhibit tables with electricity access and four chairs.  Or you can customize your space to maximize the exposure of your products and your company with the 8 ft or 16 ft space. 

Exhibit Hours: 8 am – 5 pm May 7 + May 8 | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm May 9 

Please Note: There are no reserved exhibit spaces. Exhibitors may set-up the evening of May 6 or before 7:30 am on May 7. First come, first served. 

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST:

Your company may choose to sponsor one or all of the breakfasts ($1,000 each). The breakfast and breaks are served outside the meeting room providing a great opportunity for your representatives to visit with attendees while they enjoy their break. 

In recognition of your support:

• Signage on the breakfast station
• Sponsorship recognition throughout the conference including recognition from the podium of your   generous sponsorship
• Your company banner in the meeting room-which you must furnish
• Skirted exhibit table with electric access available throughout the conference

HOSTED COFFEE:

Your company may choose to sponsor one or both of the coffee stations. The coffee stations are in a high-traffic area and are refreshed continuously throughout the day.  Your company is guaranteed exceptional exposure.
