The Nebraska County Attorneys Annual Meeting | Fall Conference will be held October 18-20, 2023, at The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel, 333 South 13th Street, Lincoln, NE, 68508, (402) 474-7474. 

We invite your company to sponsor events held through­out the two-and-a-half-day conference. Each sponsorship brings with it unique ways to recognize and celebrate your company’s support.  Companies may exhibit their information from 8 am, Wednesday, October 18 through Noon, Friday, October 20.  

Several exhibit and sponsorship opportunities are available and described below.  If you have something else in mind to support our conference and promote your company or service, please let me know. Each sponsorship brings unique ways to recognize and celebrate your company’s support.  All sponsors will be promoted throughout the conference if committed before Friday, September 29, 2023. LODGING: Deadline is September 29, 2023

Lodging is available October 17 - 20, 2023 at the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel. Rates are $125.00 per room, per night + 16.74% applicable taxes. 

Reservations  may be made on-line or by calling Marriott reservations at (888)-236-2427. Specify the Nebraska County Attorneys Association to receive the discounted rate. 

Exhibit Booths are a popular feature during the conference and are well attended by the participants.  Single booths include one skirted exhibit table with electricity access and two chairs. Double booths include two skirted exhibit tables with electricity access and four chairs.  Or you can customize your space to maximize the exposure of your products and your company with the 8 ft or 16 ft space. 

Exhibit Hours: 8 am – 5 pm October 18 + October 19 | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm October 20 

Please Note: There are no reserved exhibit spaces. Exhibitors may set-up the evening of October 17 or before 7:30 am on October 18. First come, first served. 

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST:

Your company may choose to sponsor one or all of the breakfasts ($1,000 each). The breakfast and breaks are served inside the meeting room providing a great opportunity for your representatives to visit with attendees while they enjoy their break. Your exhibit space is included. 

In recognition of your support:

• Signage on the breakfast station
• Sponsorship recognition throughout the conference including recognition from the podium of your generous sponsorship
• Your company banner in the meeting room-which you must furnish
• Skirted exhibit table with electric access available throughout the conference

HOSTED COFFEE:

Your company may choose to sponsor one or both of the coffee stations. The coffee stations are in a high-traffic area and available in the meeting room, and are refreshed continuously throughout the day.  Your company is guaranteed exceptional exposure. Your exhibit space is included.

• Signage at coffee break station(s)
• Sponsorship recognition throughout the conference including recognition from the podium of your generous sponsorship
• Your company banner in the meeting room-which you must furnish
• Skirted exhibit table with electric access available throughout the conference

AFTERNOON BREAKS: 

The breaks are served inside the meeting room providing a great opportunity for your representatives to visit with attendees while they enjoy their break.

HOSPITALITY OPPORTUNITIES:
